Mr Penguin and Madam Windy are originally from Hong Kong. They can communicate in English, Cantonese and Mandarin. They are very friendly, helpful and thoughtful. We were well taken care of during our stay. Their place is clean, comfortable and at strategic location. Convenient store, eateries and ski station are within walking distance. As we travel with our own transport, we can't comment much on the public transport. What we love their place most is it comes with washing & drying machine (and detergent too!). We will definitely stay with them when we visit Furano again.
