We stayed at Windys place for a week in Furano and we were pleasantly surprised. Every day while we were on the mountain we had the room serviced and any time we asked a question we had a response the same day with thorough details! We had linens and towels replaced regularly and we had a last-minute guest that they accommodated with a futon bed. Very kind and great hosts, if we come back to Furano I will definitely be booking with them again. The house is surprisingly spacious compared to any other place we have stayed in Japan and less then a 5 minute walk to the ski gondola. There is food very close to the house as well as convenient transporation that takes you to the other side of the mountain as well as the main part of the Furano town. I cannot stress how perfect their location is. The house was very well maintained and felt like one of the newer houses in that area.
