10/10Was the nicest hotel I have ever stayed in Japan. They are notoriously small, but this was large and spacious. We were in a corner room with floor to ceiling windows around the whole room with views to die for. The first lift was about 30 seconds snowboard ride from the back door of the hotel where you store your equipment in a locker. Room service pizza was a welcome meal after a day of snowboarding. The lift infrastructure was fantastic and the powder amazing. The villa finder concierge service made it easy to book transport, ski hire, lift tickets and ski lessons. And the onsen downstairs was amazing too!
