5 Stars – An Unforgettable Stay at Terraze Niseko! Our family had an absolutely amazing stay at Terraze Niseko! We stayed in a 2-bedroom apartment on the first floor, which had direct access to the snow—a dream come true for the kids. They were overjoyed to wake up every morning and build a snowman right outside. Watching the snow pile up from our cozy sofa at night was a magical experience. The service was excellent, with complimentary pick-up and drop-off services around the Hirafu area every day, making our trip super convenient. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean, with great air quality and a warm, comfortable atmosphere—perfect for a small family gathering. The location is fantastic, just an 8-10 minute walk to the main road and Seicomart, with a bar and pizza restaurant right across the street. And waking up to a breathtaking view of Mount Yotei, resembling Mount Fuji, was an absolute highlight. The staff was incredibly helpful throughout our stay, making sure everything was perfect. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will definitely be back next year! Highly recommended for families looking for a cozy and convenient stay in Niseko.
