The concierge was incredibly helpful and helped us coordinate so many complicated aspects of our trip for our very large group. They helped us with transportation to and from Sapporo, restaurant reservations, ski drop off and pickup via Yamato, and local recommendations. The house was perfect for us and very comfortable for our large group. Only thing to consider is that it is a pretty decent walk to the gondola with your ski stuff and the shuttle has very long lines every morning. We had a van so it didn’t matter much to us but worth considering if you don’t have transportation.

Joyce Niseko was amazing!! There were 9 of us that stayed here and we all loved every detail about it. A great location to food/bars and the slopes! We would definitely stay here again!

The Joyce was as described and more. Excellent location - 10 min walk to the main restaurants, shorter to some even closer to the house. Shuttle bus very close also. The house was very well presented, clean and had everything you’d need. The drying room at the entry was amazing as was the real wood fireplace - made for a very cosy stay. The team at Villa Finder were incredible from sourcing the house for us based on our needs to ensuring we had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend and would stay at the Joyce again.
