We had a wonderful stay. The villa is clean and spacious. Everything works perfectly - the downstairs onsen bathroom is amazing - the tub fills itself and you can open completely to a snowy view. There are three showers, which is convenient. Getting around hakuba without your own car can be a challenge - the management company has shuttles but you have to book early and they only go to Happo One (not Hakuba47) ski resorts. There are other shuttle options around. The property team was responsive if you called but very slow to respond on their dedicated WhatsApp line or sometimes overlappimg the other team.
