Chalet W

Each of the bedrooms within Chalet W reflect the traditional Japanese interior design style of keeping things simple. The master suite boasts a queen size bed and large window offering a stunning snowy view of the surrounding forest. With the minimal decor, you will be able to fall into a restful night’s sleep without distractions. Attached to the master bedroom is a tatami room which is very traditional within Japanese homes which can be used as a living or sleeping space. An additional futon bed can be arranged to be set up in this room if required, ideal for younger children wanting to sleep with their parents.

A bathroom is situated opposite the master bedroom, modernly designed and filled with all the necessary facilities. The bathroom also features a Japanese cedar hot tub. It is the perfect place to warm up after a day in the snow to release your muscles and relax. The 2 remaining bedrooms are twin bedrooms that can be arranged to double rooms. Equally as minimal as the master bedroom, these bedrooms provide a comfortable, warm, relaxing place to spend a quiet evening.

Located in a rural area surrounded by forest and other chalets, Chalet W has the perfect safe environment for children to play in the snow around the chalet.

The living areas within Chalet W are modern and cleanly designed with the main focus being on the views available from the grand open windows. Featuring a fully-equipped kitchen, dining area and comfortable seating area, gathering as a group to spend time with your loved ones is easy and enjoyable.

The modernly equipped kitchen is filled with all the facilities needed to prepare delicious homemade feasts including an oven, stove top and dishwasher. Whip up an incredible meal and serve your family and friends on the contemporary dining table where you can discuss your favourite memories of the day and plans for tomorrow. 2 lounging armchairs face out the vast window to the snowy white mountain views gazing over Mt. Yotei. Spend a quiet afternoon reading in the natural light and watching the snow flurries or catch up on some TV shows. Chalet W also has an in-house laundry room with the required facilities as well as a drying room for the families ski equipment to dry out for the following day’s slope adventures.
